You couldn’t ask for a prettier day than today was. It was just perfect… I spent most of the day outside. I started cleaning out the flowerbeds. I went around checking on the trees. The peach trees are in bloom, and the tree Barbara Ruth gave us made it through the winter. I am happy about that… Kenny flew his plane for the first time today. I watched and prayed. He did a great job flying the plane. Kathy had to work today and when she got home he flew again so she could see. It is nice that he can take off and land in our back yards runway… Dave planted snow peas, cabbage, and turnips and I supervised… I called David and Martha….
